What is the cancellation policy?

You will received full-refund if you decide to cancel 14 days prior to your arrival

What is the check-in and check-out time?

Our standard check-in time is 2:00PM and Checkout time is 12:00 PM(2 bedrooms). For 3+ bedrooms the standard check-in time is 3:00PM and checkout time is 12:00 PM

Is there parking available?

Parking varies depending on properties, but generally all properties do have parking.

Is there Wi-Fi available?

Yes, we do provide fast & reliable wifi

Are pets allowed?

Pets are allowed on a variety of properties.

Is there a security deposit required?

We do not require a security deposit, but we do require a 50% holding deposit for direct bookings with us. We will return the deposit if you decide to cancel 14 days prior to your arrival.

What is the damage policy?

Guests are responsible for any damages incurred during their stay. Charges will be applied accordingly to cover the repair or replacement costs.

Is there a specific time frame for maintaining quiet hours?

Quiet hours are strictly observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM daily to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.

Are there designated smoking areas at the property?

Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas only. Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited to maintain a healthy and pleasant environment for all guests.

Can guests request an early check-in?

Early check-in requests can be accommodated subject to availability and if the unit is not occupied by a previous guest on your arrival date.

Is contactless check-in available?

Yes, we offer contactless check-in at The Empire, The Marq, The LuxOne, and Empire Haven.

How do I check-in and check-out?

Check-in instructions, including navigational assistance through images, will be sent to you one day prior to your arrival. Similarly, check-out instructions will be communicated one day before your departure.
