Location - quiet and peaceful. Great if you want to get away from the busy area. Close enough to get a grab which is 15 mins away from D1 Place - Bed is extremely comfortable. Loads of places within the building and location to chill Bonus: There are many stalls set up in the evening beside the river which give it an unique vibe

Lovely modern and spacious apartment with great view of Landmark 81 in a calm residential areas outside busy Saigon. Facilities of the condo are also nice with gym and swimming pool. This is also a property development from Keppel Land which also explains the quality of the condominium and apartments. Very convenient stores and restaurant such as Quan Bui Express. KPM has been very good in communication. I will definitely book again this place.

We return to this beautiful unit for the second time as we had a great experience the last time. This time was the same great experience. Would recommend this unit to anyone that wants to enjoy the city and yet have a quiet cozy place to return to.

I don't write reviews but needed to for this outstanding stay. Photos don't do this apartment and place justice. Extremely clean, modern and quiet. Host wasn't required the whole stay (10 nights ) as there were no issues. Facilities were exceptional, pool the cleanest I've swam. Neat gym. Close to all districts. Grab, ubers always available. I won't be staying anywhere else other than here again on my next visit. Wish I discovered it on my previous visits. Spend that extra dollar and you won't regret it.
